Terms & Conditions:
- The rooms are limited and strictly on first come first served basis. All the hotels in Goa will be jam packed due high season.
- we need to book the train tickets so the registration made before 25th July along with payments will be considered for the booking.
- The Package Includes Return Train Journey, Ground Transport, Local Site Seeing, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & all the resort amenities for 3 Nights. additional breakfast for the day One & Lunch, Dinner for Day 4th
- All the Family Members coming for the tour including the children from 0+ Years should be registered with their name, Gender & Age Strictly.
- Children above the age of 12 will be provided a separate room as a group or extra bed in the room as per the group available.
- JCI BGC will share the complete program schedules in the coming days.
- The rates are valid till 24th July along with the payments received by project team. From 25th July if rooms are available, same will be charged at Rs.1000 extra per person.
- Guests if any has to be registered by members in guest column and guest rates will be applicable for them.
