05:00 PM, Registration & Elections Proceedings Starts followed by Dinner

- Children are strictly not allowed for the event.
- The Active Members between the Age of 18-40 are only eligible to vote for the candidates. Please carry a valid age proof to be shown to nomination committee for casting the votes.
- All the Contesting Candidates must report to the venue at 04:30 PM. Roll Call sharp at 05:00 PM
- All members are requested to update their Date of Birth in the website. Those with incomplete details may not be allowed to vote.
