We have completed 10 months of our tenure filled with various programs in all the avenues like training, community development, entertainment, business.
The Chapter Governing Board of JCI Bangalore Garden city cordially invites you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2015 of the members to plan & discuss the future course of actions as per the following details.
Agenda for the meeting is attached herewith in the word document. Any member has any other matter to be included in the Agenda has to be notified to the Secretary on or before 26/11/2015 post which no other matter shall be included in the Agenda.
THE AGENDA HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO ENSURE OPTIMUM UTILISATION OF TIME
TEAM 2015 OF JCI Bangalore Garden City has embarked upon having an in-house constitution of our chapter proposing a few changes/Add-On's to the Model LOM Constitution of JCI INDIA.
The Attached word document contains the proposed Add-On's to the constitution. Kindly read the document in detail & be present on 29th November as all the proposed points shall be put to Vote & the Add-On's shall be adopted only if passed by the General Body.
