The LOM Governing Board of JCI Bangalore Garden city cordially invites you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2017 of the members to plan & discuss the future course of actions as per the following details.
Agenda for the meeting is attached here. Any member has any other matter to be included in the Agenda has to be notified to the Secretary's Email : jcibgcseceratary@gmail.com on or before 12/09/2017 post which no other matter shall be included in the Agenda.
All Executives will present the reports of their respective portfolios
The Attached PDF document contains the proposed Add On's to the existing LOM constitution. Kindly read the document in detail & be present on 17th SEPTEMBER as all the proposed points shall be put to Vote & the Add-On's shall be adopted only if passed by the General Body.
