Rules and Conditions (Please spare 5 minutes and read it carefully)
- Registration Must, All Jc members, JcRt , Jc Lord and Jr Jcs ( 12 Years and above ) Eligible.
- Make sure All fields in the registration form are correctly filled, Incomplete forms will lead to disqualification.
- Mobile numbers of Member and Spouse Must if both Playing
- Mobile Numbers for Jr Jc to be provided if available if not any one parents mobile number to be provided.
- All participants can opt for 2 games Max out of the selection of 4 games
- Separate Device advisable should be available with all players as a situation may arise where in members from same family may compete against each other in a game.
- League matches and Quarter Finals will be played on 18th July 2020, Semi Finals and Finals will be played on 19th July 2020.
- Players need to be available on 18th July to play the games online at the given time slot, failing which the players available will start the game post buffer time of 5 Mins.
- Incase minimum number of players for that game not available, players will be pitched against players with similar cases in other batches, No auto win in case there were no game played.
- If any one player not available in a One against One Game the other person needs to inform the team within 10 Mins of the time slot to be provided another opponent, failing which the game will become null and void and both players will be considered Lost.
- Players are responsible to be available on the prescribed time, with a good internet connectivity, players losing due to the loss of connectivity will not have another chance.
- All players are divided in teams so individual winners will contribute points for the team , team with highest points will also win apart from individual winners.
- Project team will nominate a captain of the team , who will make sure his/her player is available for the game at the prescribed time.
- All decisions of the Referee will be final and binding on all participants .
- No arguments will be entertainment by the referee.
- Players need to send screen shot of final Results of the numbers that will be provided in the groups created for each game on whatsapp.
- All rules pertaining to each games like how to play , winners criteria etc will be shared in the groups created for each game on whatsapp.
- Finalists to have Zoom app installed on their devices.
- All details like Opponents, time of play etc will be notified in advance for League matches, Players moving to quarters will be given details for playing post completion of all league matches.
- The purpose of the event is bonding amongst members ad fun , Members are advised to play all game with high spirits.
- Rules and regulations will be amended on addition of any new rules by the referee and the same will be updated in this space.
